DigiTherm 691
A HP Indigo approved top coated and back barrier coated thermal paper with an ultra high sensitivity response, laminated with a high tack permanent acrylic adhesive to a glassine liner. Digitherm 691 is an ultra sensitive, ultra bright, highly resistant thermal paper. Typically used for high speed labelling of prepacked foods where resistance to PVC stretch wrap, oil, grease and water are required, eg cheese, meat, poultry.The benefits of using this material include:
- It is on the HP Indigo list of approved media and can be found on their Media Locator under ws4500 and ws6000 press, Europe.
- Opens additional press capacity as it does not require addition digital optimisation.
- Reduces aggravation and hidden costs associated with in-house top coating.
- Allows for increased print customisation.
